On Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at the initiative of the French military chaplain, Father TROESCH, Ambassador Olivier de Preville of the Order of Malta in Niger met with the General in charge of the Italian forces at the military base in Niamey, as well as the military chaplains of various religions and countries present at the base.
